Abstract

West Sumatra Province is currently developing various Creative Economy sectors. Developed Creative Economy needs to get a touch of digital technology, this is in line with the development of information technology, the marketing of products and services of creative economy practitioners need to be marketed by utilizing digital marketing. The development of digital marketing is done by analyzing current forms of marketing and then trying to build a web-based digital e-commerce media by prioritizing Consumer loyalty with the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
