PENGARUH LEADER-MEMBER EXCHANGE DAN KOMUNIKASI PADA INTENTION TO QUIT PADA SPG/SPB DI KOTA SURAKARTA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the relationship between leader member exchange and communication of intention to quit. This research is a descriptive quantitative study with respondents being sampled consisting of 250 respondents. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to get data about responses to leader member exchange and communication of intention to quit. The results showed that the influence positively and significantly the relationship between leader member exchange and communication of intention to quit, both partially and simultaneously.
