MEMPREDIKSI BURNOUT DAN WORK ENGAGEMENT GURU DENGAN MODERASI PERBEDAAN USIA

Abstrak

Guru sebagai pemberi pelayanan pendidikan dituntut untuk memberikan perhatian, bantuan, dan dukungan kepada para peserta didik. Apabila terjadi hubungan yang tidak seimbang antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan sumber daya yang ada maka akan berdampak pada kelelahan atau burnout, begitu
pula sebaliknya Guru yang dapat memanfaatkan sumber daya untuk mengurangi tuntutan pekerjaannya akan meningkatkan work engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model JD-R terhadap burnout dan work engagement yang terjadi pada range usia yang berbeda. Penelitian dilakukan pada Guru Sekolah Menengah Negeri di Kota Ponorogo yang telah menerapkan sistem lima hari sekolah yang berjumlah 211 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS)
