Abstract

STMIK STIKOM Bali is one of the tertiary institutions in Bali that applies e-learning in the learning process. User perception or in this case, students will be very necessary to help the optimal use of e-learning. The use of e-learning by students is closely related to the user experience and user experience of the e-learning website. Because with a good interface it will lead to experience for good users and make it easier for users to access e-learning websites. This research will examine the analysis of the user experience and user experience of the STIKOM Bali e-learning website on user convenience. This research will focus on how the STIKOM Bali e-learning website interface affects the usage experience. The variables used are related to the user experience and user experience on the STIKOM Bali e-learning website consisting of 7 (seven) variables. The variables are: usability, pleasure, classical aesthetics, expressive aesthetics, quality of information and user convenience. The results obtained in this study are usability, pleasure, classical aesthetics, expressive aesthetics, quality of information and user comfort on the STIKOM Bali e-learning website on average.
