PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN TRANSFER PELATIHAN

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui dukungan organisasi dan transfer pelatihan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survey yang difokuskan pada 63 pegawai negeri sipil Dinas Peridustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Bombana. Hasil penelitian menemukan dukungan organisasi dan transfer pelatihan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Semakin tinggi dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan pegawai akan membuat kinerja pegawai semakin baik, begitu juga dengan meningkatnya kemampuan pegawai dalam mentransfer hasil pelatihannya pada pekerjaannya akan membuat kinerjanya semakin baik.
